When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

A return or exchange may be requested if your order arrives with a genuine issue, such as:

• The jewelry arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive a different product from the one you ordered.
• An item is missing from your order.
• The item has a clear manufacturing defect upon arrival.

48-Hour Reporting Period

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographs and/or a video of the item, packaging, and the issue so our team can properly review your request.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. It should be returned with its original packaging and any accessories provided with the order.

Items that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, exposed to water, perfume, chemicals, or improper handling may not qualify for a return or exchange.

When Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted

Returns or exchanges are not accepted simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the item. We also cannot accept requests based on personal preference, such as the jewelry not looking the way you expected, a change in color preference, or the item not matching a particular outfit or personal style.

Items that show signs of wear, use, scratches, stains, missing parts, or damage caused after delivery are also not eligible.
